As a provider and certified nurse assistant, the owner, Birtukan is able to own the care of the residents, ensuring that they each receive close management and personal care plan for their individual physical and mental needs.
A daily patient medical and physical chart is logged in order to track progress and identifying if changes are needed. Birtukan meets with the staff to review the care of each residents, with attention for the resident’s care. If there is any change in diet or medication required she will communicate with clients’ doctors and with family members.
With consistent, engaged, skilled caregivers, and close supervision from Birtukan, residents are assisted and cared for to enjoy their life.

We have visiting RNs, OT, PT, Doctor, Hospice, and Podiatry. Our staffs have been working at the home for more than 10 years. That means you and your loved one will get to know and trust our caregivers. We not only have three caregivers catering to residents’ needs also awake at night. As owner operator it is an honor in our culture to respect elders and care for them. The Provider, Birtukan Tibebu, has several years of caregiver experience and holds required certificates.

In-home medical care: Elroi AFH will regularly coordinates visiting nurses, Physical Therapists (PT), Doctors or Nurse Practitioners (ARNP), Podiatrists, and Speech Therapists to provide first-class services at home.
Live piano music and other activities: Music is food for the soul! We have a weekly piano music session. In addition, we provide activities such as Bingo, card game, puzzles and three times per week.
Memory care: Elroi caregivers specialized in caring for residents with dementia and memory loss.
